Originally founded as Phipps Insurance in 1863, Beith Associates has been adapting to the changing climate of the real estate industry for over 150 years. After taking over the business in 1985, Rick changed the name from Dolson and Beith to Beith Associates, but the legacy remains the same.
Rick Beith
Raised on the upper Allegheny, Rick Enjoyed a “Norman Rockwell” childhood. As a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he’s been selling and appraising real estate since the mid 70’s, being continuously engaged with the Franklin community.

Matt Beith
Matt has been in real estate and appraising since 2012, when he eagerly moved back to his hometown of Franklin to start working for the family company. Prior to, Matt spent over a decade across New England, pursing a career in retail finance, and snowboarding as much as possible.
He loves Franklin, but the sounds and smells of the Maine coast will always have a special place in his heart, and the sight of a barn will forever remind him of the 6 years he spent managing a 200 acre sheep farm in Stuyvesant, New York. Franklin is home for Matt, his wife Mishelle, and their three kids – Ellis, Ogden, and Harper. During the week, Matt devotes himself to his business, to serving on numerous City and volunteer boards, and to supporting the community.
On the weekends you can find him with his family, perusing the Franklin street market, cruising the bike trails and waterways, or just enjoying a good book on the comfort of their front porch. Matt’s goal is to guarantee that your family has as much to love about where they live as his family does.
Leigh Ann “Tweet” Andrews
Office Manager
Tweet manages the Beith Associate office on a day-to-day basis, and she knows more about “what’s going on” in the office, and Franklin, than the rest of us. Tweet has been with us for over 29 years. Her husband, Ben, is a self-employed electrician. They have one son. If you can’t find Tweet at the office, you’ll probably find her on the golf course, on Frenchcreek, or just shooting the breeze at the local watering hole.
Jaime Beith
Director of Marketing and Social Media
Jaime grew up in Franklin, leaving in 2007 to earn a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University. After many years living in Boston and later San Francisco, Jaime has returned home to raise a family. She is excited to share the skills she honed between cities with the small community where she grew up. Jaime shares her return to Franklin with her fiance, Taylor and son, Rowan. She is grateful to share what it means to truly love coming home.
